Fees

Handling fee

A Handling Fee of $1.95 per item is included in the Sale Price of the item listed on the sales tag, and is collected from the Buyer at the time of purchase.

We determine the Item Price, then add a $1.95 Handling Fee to create the Sale Price which is listed on the sale tag.

  • For example, we determine the Item Price for a purse is $65.00.  We add the $1.95 Handling Fee and the sales tag will show a sale price of $66.95.

  • If the Sale Price is reduced (for example, 10% off), the reduction applies only to the Item Price, not the Handling Fee.

Consignment Fee

When an item sells, Sugarbaker's will receive 55% of the Item Price and you will receive 45% of the Item Price for items priced at $300 or lower.   Sugarbaker's will receive 40% of the Item Price and you will receive 60% of the Item Price for items priced at more than $300.

Using the example of the purse mentioned above, you would receive 45% of the item price of $65 which would be $29.25.  SugarBaker's would receive 55% of the Item Price which would be 35.75, plus the $1.95 Buyer's Fee.

seasonal Fee

A once-a-year fee of $5.00 will be taken from your account if you consign items for the Spring/Summer season.  Another once-a-year fee of $5.00 will be taken from your account

If you consign items for the Fall/Winter season.

So, if you sell items all year long, you will have paid two $5.00 Seasonal Fees for that

entire year ($10).
